Our quality control/ quality assurance program ensures that all data is entered into EDC systems within 24 hours of the patient visit and all data queries generated through the ECD systems are answered within 48 hours. All subject visit data is reviewed for accuracy and completeness immediately following each subject visit. This ensures that precise information is entered into the electronic case report forms. Our data manager dedicates his time to assisting monitors throughout the entire monitoring visit so all issues or correction are addressed immediately.
